Stephanie began running in 2012 and has since participated in over 100 racing events covering distances from 5K to 50K, with the half marathon being her favorite distance. She attended her first yoga class in 2013 as a way to complement her running. She quickly fell in love with yoga and its ability to quiet the mind through breath and movement. She completed her yoga teacher training in 2015 at Om Beats Studio in Miami, FL and is currently a registered yoga teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance. Stephanie is also a certified Yogalete instructor, mat Pilates instructor, and RRCA run coach. Stephanie teaches classes that are meant to condition and strengthen the body while bringing peace to the mind and empowerment to the soul. Stephanie can be found online on Instagram @thecookierunner.
