Hey there, I’m Alison Monday!
I started teaching group fitness classes in 2010 when I got my PiYo certification after having fun with that style class at the local YMCA. Two years later, I discovered CrossFit and the movements paired with the community started to change my life.
I am a 200 Hour Registered Yoga Teacher and CrossFit Level 1 Trainer. I have received additional training + certifications in Trauma-Informed Yoga, Yin, Yoga, Yoga For All, Mindful Strength + Weightlifting.
I absolutely love pairing my experience and teachings to create a space for everyday practice with the mind, body and breath. It’s about progress instead of perfection, honoring how you feel in this moment, and being where your feet are. Yoga + CrossFit are for everybody AND every body.
