Eva is a vinyasa yoga teacher, having gained her 200-hour RYT (Yoga Alliance) with Ian Davis (OrangeYoga) in 2017. She also completed a 20-hour Trauma Sensitive Yoga Workshop with Alex Cat (certified facilitator Trauma Centre Trauma Sensitive Yoga /TCTSY).
“I am particularly interested in yoga as a dynamic meditative practice of self-discovery. I see yoga as a vehicle for personal and social change and in my teaching, I aim to be inclusive of all abilities and body identities.
In my classes, you are invited to inhabit your body as it is and to feel empowered to make choices that serve you in that moment. I tend not to play music to allow you to connect to your breathing and your movement. Whenever possible I will practice with you; and I do not use hands-on adjustments.”
