Ruth Carver is a yoga teacher, opera singer, and voice teacher based in Denver, Colorado. Our practice has the ability to inspire, empower, and heal on the deepest levels. Ever drawn to the connection between mind, body, and spirit, she has spent years exploring how these intermingling energies are expressed through the sound of the human voice, housed in each unique body. A certified Anusara Elements™ teacher and 200 RYT through Yoga Alliance, Ruth helps students unlock their body’s inner power through alignment awareness, breath practices, and a deep spiritual appreciation of the practice. Her years of performing and teaching voice have given her a strong ability to notice subtle changes and to help unleash the stories we tell through our bodies and voices.
