Hi, my name is Norie, I live in U.K, teaching yoga since 2016. I enjoy practicing/ sharing yoga with everyone come through the door/zoom. I learnt over years, teaching mixed level / all bodies/all abilities is challenging yet fun, and they teach me a lot every classes.
I teach Slow Vinyasa flow, Hatha flow, Yin, chair, and yoga for cancer all using props and plenty options to suit mixed level classes. I have 3 zoom classes and 3 in-person classes.
