Connie has been practicing yoga since 2007, when her workplace started offering yoga two days a week in the lunch room. She toyed with the idea of becoming a teacher for several years before she completed her 200 hour yoga teacher training at Agape in May 2015.
Connie’s interest in anatomy has lead her yoga studies to include therapeutic applications for back care, injury rehabilitation, cancer recovery, cross and strength training. She has completed additional training in pre-natal yoga, adaptive yoga for larger bodies, rolling and trigger point therapeutics and The Great Yoga Wall. She also reads anatomy books for fun (really, she does).
Connie is an accountant by trade, who teaches yoga for fun. She is passionate about making yoga accessible for everybody and loves to take classes from as many different teachers as she can. She enjoys knitting, travelling, dogs and tacos.
