After practicing yoga for almost 5 years, I completed my 200-hour teacher training from Citizen Yoga in Michigan. I also just finished a certification in Yoga for All.
My teaching style is body positive, encouraging people to honor their current bodies (through modifications if needed) while maintaining safe alignment. I believe people living in larger bodies belong in all yoga classes, not just in restorative or beginning classes; my goal is to share ways to make any class accessible to any sized yogi.
