Get ready to love yourself and your body, just as you are! Through yoga, I spread self-love and self-acceptance, both on and off the mat. I create inclusive and accessible yoga lessons, classes, and workshops that are designed for everyone and EVERY BODY! All are invited to share the mat with me: all shapes, sizes, colors, genders, orientations, and everything in between. As a yoga teacher, my goal is to make yoga work for your body and your needs. Whether I’m teaching a public class or a private in your living room, I foster a safe and welcoming space for everyone who wants to come learn how to stand in her/his power and find her/his voice. I specialize in Vinyasa Flow, Yoga for All Bodies, and Gentle Yoga. I am a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 200) with the Yoga Alliance, and I hold a certification in Yoga for All.
