I've practiced yoga casually for over 10 years. Despite always enjoying many benefits, I eventually would fall out of practice. However, after being diagnosed with several chronic illnesses, I returned to yoga and started exploring a full practice including meditation and breathing exercises. Through these experiences I decided to start teaching in order to help bring these benefits to people who don't think they can do yoga. I strive to make my classes accessible to all levels and bodies regardless of ability, strength, or flexibility. My teaching philosophy is that I am here to help guide you and keep you safe in your practice but my main responsibility is to help you build your own practice in order to empower yourself and gain all the benefits yoga has to offer.
