After years of helping people feel better as a Licensed Massage Therapist, Trish realized one of the best ways to stay healthy and pain free was through mindful-movement. Building on her personal Yoga practice, Trish became a Registered Yoga Teacher under the guidance of Elan Adams at Spiral Branch Yoga and is registered with Yoga Alliance ,which requires training through a Registered Yoga School and continued education to further her knowledge. Taking her training a bit further, she is also a Curvy Yoga Certified teacher to help empower Yogis of all abilities, sizes and ages in a supportive and inclusive atmosphere. In August of 2018 Trish completed the Yoga For All certification with Dianne Bondy and Amber Karnes, which will add to her existing tool box to promote inclusiveness in her classes and to help each student have a great Yoga experience- meeting you on the mat where you are, just as you are.
When Trish is not doing Massage Therapy or teaching a Yoga class, she enjoys practicing Yoga, photography, hanging with her family and pets and road trips.
