Jessica Harper, BS Exercise Science

Jessica holds a BS in Exercise Science, is an ISSA Master Trainer and Pilates Instructor. She also has advanced training in biomechanics, group fitness instruction and exercise rehab. She has been a fitness instructor, personal trainer and a yoga instructor since 2012 providing yoga instruction to a wide variety of people — kids, seniors, pregnant women, runners, high school athletes and teams, active military and veterans, rheumatoid arthritis and chronic pain sufferers, diabetics, heart patients, people struggling with their weight, anxiety, depression and the list goes on.
In 2016, Jessica completed her RYT200 through Blue Fire Yoga in Okinawa, Japan after realizing she wanted a deeper understanding of yoga and the benefits yoga has to offer. In 2017, she traveled to Rishikesh, India where she earned her RYT300 at Rishikesh Yog Peeth, completing additional studies in yogic philosophy, anatomy and physiology, Ayurveda techniques and Yoga Nidra. She has a strong foundation of Hatha yoga principles and philosophy with an emphasis in vinyasa. Jessica has advanced certifications/training in Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, and Prenatal Yoga. Her classes are welcoming, inclusive and accessible for EVERYbody.
