Julie teaches a style of yoga that focuses on body, mind and spirit. She strengthens, stretches and energizes the whole body with hatha yoga postures in creative flow based classes. She helps to quiet the mind with gentle guidance and breath. Her classes will awaken your spirit with shared energy and joy.
Julie received her teaching certification from Dorothy Guerra in 2012. Since then she has taught over 1000 classes. Julie loves learning and continues to add to her knowledge in all areas of yoga completing over 100 additional teacher training hours. She has studied meditation and yoga philosophy (Deborah Adele), yoga anatomy and alignment (Brad Waites), and restorative/yin yoga (Bo Forbes, Marla Erickson).She received her Yoga for All certification (Dianne Bondy and Amber Karnes) and her Yoga Birth Method certification in prenatal yoga. Julie is also very influenced by Modo yoga.
