Are you too intimidated to try a yoga class? I was too. For 10 years after I took my first class in college, I was afraid to go back. I wasn’t flexible AT ALL and was very self-conscious. But eventually, after practicing along with DVD’s at home and knowing that I wanted to improve my health, I tried going to a class again. And despite my trepidation, with the support of some great teachers, I was hooked! Now I want to provide that same support and encouragement to all those who wish to improve their mental and physical health by beginning a yoga practice.
