Lynn teaches a class with yoga for everyone with adaptations/variations as a slow meditative class to stretch and strengthen your body.
I am a thinker, philosopher, risk taker, educator, yoga teacher and sound therapist. I love celebrating diversity in all walks of my life. My motto is everyone is worthy and important. Yoga is for everyone no matter what body type. Sound speaks to every living thing and vibrations are part of all things. My specialties are through sound and yoga to heal yourself and achieve stillness within. I want to help people move better, be more at peace and healthy so they live more successful lives through using the yoga and sound.
Through my belief and commitment to this practice of yoga and sound I have been constantly training learning more and putting this into my sessions with people and improving for over 3 years. I have been practicing yoga for over 15years and sound has always been a part of my life, I just didn’t realise how important it is until I started training in it.
I have been training in different modalities, such as, meditation, restoration, yin, yoga for all bodies, pregnancy, embodiment, chair, well woman, yin, dinging bowls, tuning forks and gongs. I am also a science teacher, traveler. The education and inclusiveness is in all realms of my life.
