Through my belief and commitment to this practice of yoga, sound and breathwork I have been constantly training learning more and putting this into my sessions with people and improving for over the last 4 years. I have been practicing yoga for over 15 years and sound has always been a part of my life, I just didn’t realise how important it is until I started training in it.
I have been training in different modalities, such as, meditation, breathwork, restoration, yin, yoga for all bodies, pregnancy, embodiment, chair, well woman, singing bowls, tuning forks and gongs. I am also a science teacher, traveler. The education and inclusiveness is in all realms of my life.
