Reader, Yogi, Wife, Mom, Friend, Student. Librarian by day; yoga teacher by night. I currently lead studio classes in central Arkansas and am completing a masters in Clinical Mental Health to begin a second stage career as a yoga therapist.
A lifelong learner, my goal is to come alongside my students and share my practice with them. As a long time resident in a larger body, I practice yoga as a way to strengthen my body, spirit, and mind and to keep anxiety at bay.
