Kelly McLean has been practicing yoga since 2010 and teaching alignment-based yoga since 2014. Known for her simple, functional, and accessible yoga classes, Kelly’s style is all about simple movements that are slow, follow the breath, and utilize props. She is skillful at adapting poses to fit your ability, fitness level, and body type. Kelly has completed 2 RYT200 programs, is a certified Yoga Calm® instructor, certified Yoga for All instructor, and has completed 2 certificates in Yoga for Seniors®. She taught chair yoga at The Quarry (a retirement community) sharing her passion to keep seniors moving and promote their independence. Kelly also created and currently runs a successful yoga preschool program for Vega Preschool. Kelly believes anyone can do yoga: go slow, use what you have, and do what feels good in your body.
