Hi! I’m Jessinia (she/her or they/them pronouns) and am a yoga teacher in Seattle in occupied Duwamish land. I’ve been practicing yoga since I could walk, learning from my yoga teacher mom and expert arm-balancer dad. While managing my chronic illness and anxiety a few years ago, I started to deepen my home practice to get back into my body. I had to get creative on my mat when I didn’t have the capacity to do asana (poses) as I once could. This led me to my passion to make yoga more accessible for any body at any time in their life. I am continually learning how to engage all eight limbs of yoga to become a better person.
