Garrett is a yoga teacher and intuitive Tarot reader living on unceded Seminole and Timucua land, known today as Orlando, FL. He believes that Yoga is a practice of liberation, of connecting to our innate wholeness and dispelling the myth that we are broken beings in need of fixing. He is committed to making wellness more equitable, accessible, and inclusive while cultivating spaces where students can explore possibilities with curiosity, non-judgment, and self-love. Garrett is a certified Accessible Yoga and Yoga For All teacher, and he hopes to inspire students to take their practice off their mat and ultimately share it with the rest of the world.
