I have been practicing yoga for 20 years. In this time, I built a successful career in technology, moved from the US to the UK making this my home.
I credit yoga with being one of the things that has helped me focus, heal from injury, and generally manage the ups and downs of a busy, multi-faceted life. It is with the intention to help others experience the peace and resilience yoga can help cultivate, that I qualified as a yoga teacher and completed this additional training in accessible, adaptive yoga for all bodies.
I believe we are our own best teachers and aim to help students find a yoga practice that is uniquely their own.
