I’ve been practicing yoga since 2004 and teaching since 2012. My own practice was transformational in helping me work with anxiety and heal emotional trauma. Because of the power of this practice, I believe yoga should be inclusive, so I do my best to make my classes welcoming to everyone who wants to join.
I get excited about yoga because I know firsthand how powerfully healing it can be. The mind-body connection is a fascinating thing, and I invite everyone to explore it during my classes. Part alignment geek, part artist, I like to blend the linear and flowing aspects of yoga together.
In addition to teaching yoga, I’m a graphic designer, avid hiker, reader, and artist. I’m well on my way to my career goal of being a professional fun-haver.
