Some might say that my passion for yoga is as big as my smile. Yoga has been my passion and practice consistently for the past five years. My classes focus on integrating breath, movement, meditation & philosophy to engage my students in creating and nurturing the space between their thoughts, feelings and actions to find what yoga means in their daily lives.
