About: I am a yoga teacher and flower essence coach based in Madrid, Spain. I'm the owner of Soulful Yoga Madrid, where I teach a soulful fusion of Bhakti yoga, tantra, plant medicine and magic! All classes are body positive and accepting for yogis of all genders, levels and abilities.

About: When I first began yoga, it was a challenge, and I almost gave up many times. My levels of flexibility and strength made many poses inaccessible. However, I didn't give up! I taught myself how to modify the poses to work for my body, and began to welcome the use of props in my practice. Although I was a casual practitioner of yoga for many years, I truly fell in love with my practice in 2015 as I was going through a time of depression in my life. Through meditation, breathing exercises, and the poses, I found a space of peace and quiet in my life and in my mind; I found balance. To put it bluntly: yoga saved me. After completing my 200 hour yoga teacher training in 2016 with Yoga Vibe in Los Angeles, California, I promised myself that I would help others find the magic in yoga without having to go through the hurdles I faced early on in my own practice. Today, I am a yoga teacher and a Reiki healer, sharing my love of yoga and alternative healing with the world!

About: Are you too intimidated to try a yoga class? I was too. For 10 years after I took my first class in college, I was afraid to go back. I wasn't flexible AT ALL and was very self-conscious. But eventually, after practicing along with DVD's at home and knowing that I wanted to improve my health, I tried going to a class again. And despite my trepidation, with the support of some great teachers, I was hooked! Now I want to provide that same support and encouragement to all those who wish to improve their mental and physical health by beginning a yoga practice.
