I earned my 200 hour certification in Buffalo at the Himalayan Institute. I continued my studies at the Himalayan Institutes ashram in Honesdale PA gaining my 500 hour certification. I am a certified Ayurvedic Yoga specialist and I am moving through my studies to become an Ayurvedic Yoga Therapist. I received my Yoga for All certification in 2018 and am also working through the warriors at Ease training. I am a certified Personal trainer and health coach specializing in Clinical and orthopedic exercise.

I hope to continue to inspire others to embrace sitting on the cushion and taking the time for peace. I know from just teaching my spiritual classes that there is a desperate need right now for a calmer way to live in our seemingly chaotic world.

I have had many tragedies in my life, and I know meditation, yoga, and other relaxation techniques continued to help me to heal over the years. I am committed to assisting you in bringing the same transformation into your life so you may experience a steady calm and sense of peace.
