Are you too intimidated to try a yoga class? I was too. For 10 years after I took my first class in college, I was afraid to go back. I wasn't flexible AT ALL and was very self-conscious. But eventually, after practicing along with DVD's at home and knowing that I wanted to improve my health, I tried going to a class again. And despite my trepidation, with the support of some great teachers, I was hooked! Now I want to provide that same support and encouragement to all those who wish to improve their mental and physical health by beginning a yoga practice.

Stephanie’s path to yoga began with Lower Sackville Yoga, Nova Scotia. It was a practice that introduced calm and peace in the midst of stress and chaos: young kids, family demands and a husband who often travelled for work.
After years in the customer service/administrative field, Stephanie found her calling after she took her yoga teacher training, and opened her own studio.
She’s excited to create a place where people of all walks of life can come together in community. Her hope is to build a playful, accepting yoga space just like she found in Lower Sackville back in 2014.
Stephanie is a vinyasa teacher, also trained to instruct Yoga for All, Yoga for Seniors, Prenatal Yoga, and Movement for Trauma Level 1.

Hi! I'm Caroline. I recently certified with Yoga for All and I love being an inclusive teacher! I live in a small village on the East coast of Scotland with my husband. We are a large step-family with 5 children and 11 grandchildren between us, so lots to keep us busy. I'm also a massage therapist and love helping people to feel their best.
