Casey's yoga classes combine yoga asana with strength training, eastern energetics, myofascial release, and body acceptance. This multi-modality practice makes movement, strength and yoga accessible for all bodies.
I am a round, middle aged, neurodivergent, bisexual, white woman with a passion for accessibility in yoga, because I rarely feel "welcomed" in modern western yoga spaces.
I live and teach yoga in Ballarat, Vic, Australia. I teach a Yoga for Bigger Bodies class every Saturday at Absolute Yoga and Pilates. I also teach at the Ballarat Aquatic and Lifestyle Centre.
