I am a loving, compassionate, creative and imaginative spirit with great energy. I love Yoga. Yoga is connection. It's linking the body, mind, and spirit through movement, breath and stillness. Yoga is turning inward so you can hear your soul and the Divine-God. My motto is awareness creates change.

Beth is a both a registered yoga teacher (RYT-200) and a licensed clinical psychologist (PhD). Her almost 25 years of experience as a practicing psychologist inform her yoga teaching.
Beth reminds her therapy clients that they are the experts in their own lives; similarly, she believes that her yoga students are the experts of their own bodies. Beth views yoga as a practice both on and off the mat.
