Kanchi teaches donation-based body positive yoga classes in Berlin, Germany. Her classes vary each week between hatha flow, hatha and yin-inspired but are always suitable for all bodies and ability levels. She is inspired by teachers from various traditions including Jivamukti, Anusara, Vinyasa Flow and Yin Yoga.

Heather Hopper believes that "yoga is for every body", regardless of their physical state. Her combination of humor, attention to postures and alignment, openness and honesty, and her sheer love of her students and the practice make her classes fun and accessible. Heather looks forward to the practice of yoga sustaining her for the remainder of her life, and wants to share that with her community.
