Gayla is a vivacious new yoga teacher who is adamant about including all bodies in her yoga classes. With a focus on body positive intention setting before classes and a heavy use of props, she is motivated to create a space where everyone feels safe to practice their own yoga in the body they have.
I have been practicing yoga for over ten years. I started my practice to maintain muscle strength, flexibility, and balance, while dealing with limitations caused by osteoarthritis. I fully subscribe to the Yoga For All philosophy. I believe that no one body possesses the same range of motion and that each body is different. That’s the beauty of the human form – each one is unique.
