About
I teach yoga out of a small home studio in the rural Manawatu. I run regular classes for the locals, private sessions for groups and individuals and I also host on Air B&B and offer yoga to my guests. Small, intimate affordable, rural yoga retreats with unique accommodation (including a gypsy caravan and house bus) can be arranged for groups of up to 8 people. A unique experience if you're visiting New Zealand.

About
Stephanie’s path to yoga began with Lower Sackville Yoga, Nova Scotia. It was a practice that introduced calm and peace in the midst of stress and chaos: young kids, family demands and a husband who often travelled for work.
After years in the customer service/administrative field, Stephanie found her calling after she took her yoga teacher training, and opened her own studio.
She’s excited to create a place where people of all walks of life can come together in community. Her hope is to build a playful, accepting yoga space just like she found in Lower Sackville back in 2014.
Stephanie is a vinyasa teacher, also trained to instruct Yoga for All, Yoga for Seniors, Prenatal Yoga, and Movement for Trauma Level 1.
