I am a thinker, philosopher, risk taker, educator, yoga teacher, breathworker and sound therapist. I love celebrating diversity in all walks of my life. My motto is everyone is worthy and important. Yoga is for everyone no matter what body type. Sound speaks to every living thing and vibrations are part of all things. My specialties are through sound, breathwork and yoga to heal yourself and achieve stillness within. I want to help people move better, be more at peace and healthy so they live more successful lives through using the yoga, sound and breathwork.
