My classes are alignment based, body-positive, and light on philosophy. It’s my desire to teach in a way that is inclusive of any body type, ability or background. I teach a slow, Hatha-flow style class, and am big on modifying the pose (with props or by other means) to meet each student’s individual needs. I've taught many different types of classes including: restorative, gentle, chair, prenatal, mommy and me, kids, beginning and fundamental style classes.

English tutor, yoga teacher, and mala designer, Teresa enjoys helping fellow students and practitioners of yoga climb inside their own practice, find their own expressions of poses, and reconnect with themselves. She has specialized training in Yin and Prenatal yoga, and recently completed Yoga for All. She loves using props and incorporating modifications to empower her students and her practice.
