About
“Your yoga journey starts here”.

Accept who you are.
Enhance what you do.
Enjoy your journey.

I truly believe that consistent yoga practice will help with physical, mental, or emotional difficulties. The biggest obstacle for most people not having a consistent practice is getting to a studio or finding the right teacher in order to start their yoga journey. Especially when living overseas, where there might not be any yoga classes to attend, I can relate to these obstacles.

(That is why) I am here on my mat bringing you these videos each week, so you can practice yoga whenever and wherever you have time. There will be something just right for you in your yoga journey: beginner basics, modifications, continuing strength and flexibility, and new challenges when your body and mind are ready.

About
My mission with Body Positive Yoga, is to make yoga accessible to everyone regardless of gender, age, race, ability, body shape or size. To provide a space where all bodies are celebrated and respected and to be particularly supportive for those who struggle with body confidence and self-acceptance.

Developing this physical and spiritual practice allows us to develop trust, respect and acceptance in who we are on and off the mat. It’s a way to feel good in your body and to make peace with your body, exactly as it is right now.

My classes provide a safe and supportive environment to explore gentle, joyful movement with no judgement or expectation to ‘keep up’.
