About
I absolutely LOVE the Yoga For All teaching and community that Dianne & Amber have created. The training has been revolutionary for me after practicing yoga for years upon years. I knew it was exactly what I wanted to incorporate into my online program.

I have been skinny, I have been fat, and I have been everywhere in between. I'm tired of trying to achieve 'the perfect weight' and 'the perfect body' and 'the perfect size' because you know what? Those goals are not realistic and they are always moving!

All I want is to just feel better in my body and help other women to learn to love the body they live in, whatever your size.

That's why I created The Cocoon - Empowered Transformation... because I know that there are others out there just like me, wanting to feel better about themselves and needing a friend to share the journey. The truth is, you don't have to be in 'perfect shape' to enjoy working out. Let me show you how!

About
I have been practicing yoga for over ten years. I started my practice to maintain muscle strength, flexibility, and balance, while dealing with limitations caused by osteoarthritis. I fully subscribe to the Yoga For All philosophy. I believe that no one body possesses the same range of motion and that each body is different. That’s the beauty of the human form – each one is unique.

About
In Ayurvedic Medicine, kapha is one of three doshas, and everyone has some grouping of each of them. I am no exception, but in many ways I identify with my kapha component, particularly when it comes to my yoga practice. Kapha folks are larger, a bit slower, have incredible powers of endurance, and really can use the stoking of their fire through a steady and vigorous yoga practice.

As a large-bodied yogi, I have learned a lot about building a practice that I love, and I want to work with you (no matter which dosha you identify with!) to build something that will strengthen and restore you through the practice of asana. I personally follow and promote the Health At Every Size model, which focuses on moving the body you are in, regularly and joyfully. With warmth and good humor, I teach people of all sizes to love and accept themselves and others through the empowering practice of progressive yoga, and to create a safe haven for people to explore their limits.
