I am a yoga teacher and flower essence coach based in Madrid, Spain. I'm the owner of Soulful Yoga Madrid, where I teach a soulful fusion of Bhakti yoga, tantra, plant medicine and magic! All classes are body positive and accepting for yogis of all genders, levels and abilities.

Are you too intimidated to try a yoga class? I was too. For 10 years after I took my first class in college, I was afraid to go back. I wasn't flexible AT ALL and was very self-conscious. But eventually, after practicing along with DVD's at home and knowing that I wanted to improve my health, I tried going to a class again. And despite my trepidation, with the support of some great teachers, I was hooked! Now I want to provide that same support and encouragement to all those who wish to improve their mental and physical health by beginning a yoga practice.
